Great value cycling holidays in France

Perfect introduction to cycling in France. Still unknown except to a lucky few. Lots of hotel pools, ideal for families. Cycle along towpaths by the
river Mayenne.
Perfect for wine tasting, beautiful gardens & cycling on riverside paths. UNESCO World Heritage Wildlife site. Marvellous chateaux in medieval
towns.
Countryside little changed in 40 years. Hot, dry summers. Our first eco-friendly hotel. Flat, ideal for cycling. Cycle alongside canals & rivers. Paddle, punt and pedal. Sunbleached, stone villages. Wide open fields filled with acres of sunflowers. Rich Roman history. Cave paintings and canoeing. Famous
Cognac distilleries.
Rolling countryside dotted with hilltop towns. 13C bastides & Plantaget villages. Prehistoric caves & wall paintings. Perfect exercise combined with
self-indulgent pit-stops.
Deep, rural southern France. Winding river valleys, stunning hilltop views. Mary Magdalene and the 'Da Vinci Code'. Millau viaduct, the highest
bridge in the world.
5 days rain from May to Sep. The 3 Musketeers. Slow enough to smell the flowers, yet fast enough to build up an appetite. Larressingle, France's
cutest medieval village.
HOT, hot, hot, sizzling sun. Canoe down the river Gardon under the Pont du Gard. Two Michelin starred restaurants. Palace of the Popes in
Avignon. Roman history.
The gastronomic centre of France. Perfect for keeping the weight down while conquering the marvellous cuisine. Many hotels have pools, all do wonderful food. Michelin starred chefs. Hilltop castles and feudal fortresses.
3 Michelin starred restaurants. Colourful villages tumbling into each other. WWII museum
and bunkers to visit.
