Are the cycling holidays suitable for children?
Many of our cycling holidays
are suitable for children particularily the
grade 1 tours. Details of the
grading can be found on the "Holidays"
page of each region.
Can the luggage be transferred from one hotel to another?
Usually suitcases are stored at the first hotel during
your holiday, and 'seasoned Susis', carry their belongings in the pannier
on their bike (the way we have always done it). However, in most regions
where there is a convenient taxi service, suitcases can be transported
from hotel to hotel at an extra cost. The cost depends on the
distances between hotels.

Do the hotels have pools?
Many of our hotels do have pools - you will find details on the "Holidays" page of each region.
Can I bring my own bike?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own bike.
Do I have to cycle?
No, some of our routes can be covered on foot or of course by car. There are many things to see and do in the regions including
horseriding, tennis, golf and canoeing.
Do you provide helmets?
We do not provide helmets so please bring your own.
Does the prices include dinner?
Our prices DO include dinner except with our Slimline Susi Holidays.
Do you provide Holiday Insurance?
Under the terms of this contract you are required
to have suitable travel insurance. This must include the costs of medical treatment and repatriation
in the event of a serious accident or illness, and replacement value of
our bicycle in the event of it being stolen.
EHIC European Health Insurance Card (this replaces the old E111 certificate.)
To acquire an EHIC, the quickest and easiest way is to apply online at
www.dh.gov.uk/travellers
NJ Heritage Partnership Ltd can arrange Personal Comprehensive
Holiday Insurance for our UK holidaymakers. To contact them for details
of the level of coverage and other queries email:info@csal.co.uk.

Insurance for the bikes is £15 per person (see booking
conditions).
